You can play with a minimum resolution of 800 by 600, but a resolution of 1024 by 768 or more is more confortable to play if your computer allows you.

I click on a game and nothing happens.

During your first use of the games in flash version, it may take a time of download of few minutes, but the download of the games is very fast and once downloaded the games will take place in the temporely files of your computer.
If the games are downloading but the buttons are not working, press the key F5 on your keyboard to try to load the game.
If the games are still not working, empty the temporarly files :

4. Empty the temporarly files by clicking « delete the files »
5.Close your browser's window and restart your browser

If while you play, the game doesn't working and your computer works correctly. In this case, close all the Internet windows, then switch on again your computer and sign up again on your Mondo Casino player account.
This kind of problems affects only few computers, and is the result of a failure to the management of window's files, however this problem is very rare.

White pages are displayed on Mondo Casino and i am user of Internet Explorer 7.

This kind of problem comes from the anti phishing' filter

In this case you must disable the anti-phishing filter on Intenet Explorer 7 :
1. Go on Internet Explorer 7
2. Click « tools »
3. Then click « Internet Options »
4. Click « advanced » tab
5. Go down until « anti-phishing  filter »
6. Select « disable the anti-phishing filter »
7. Then press OK

Five « 2 of heart » are displayed on my screen after a draw

If your screen is showing up five 2 of heart, it means that a network problem occured. Therefore your computer didn't receive the right information concerning the card drawn.

Please, note that the draw still would have completed properly on our servor. If the game is not finished when a network cut off occurs, when you log in again your get your hand back.
If the game is finished and the network cut off occurs, when you log in again on your player account, the result of the hand is displayed in the game history section, with card dealt, wagers, winnings and current credits (the wagers are debited and the winnings credited according to the draws made on our servers).

Note: The play for free section doesn't have the game history section.

I forgot my password

If you loose your password, you will need to contact us and prove to use that your the owner of the account.
We will need to know your account history and various account details including your account security sentence.
We will investigate and reset your password and notify you by email.
